Breakfast: vanilla cinnamon oatmeal crunch with a beautiful green pear. Love this combination. Made with cinnamon, pumpkin (to thicken/add volume), chia seeds, vanilla and regular protein powder, and warm almond milk / mashed banana added at the end. Then i like to mix in half of the pear so it gets warm n gooey and sweetens the oats (and then the other cold half on top. Its a nice contrast.) The first layer above the oatmeal is my peanut butter sauce, laced with peanut pecan bits, and a dallop of crunchy peanut butter in the middle 😊.
